Shipping, exchanges and returns
NATIONAL SHIPMENTS – PERU
The maximum delivery time for domestic orders is seven (7) business days, counted from the verification of payment for the purchase. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. In the event that the information is incorrect, Qalata Swim SAC is not responsible for any loss, delay, or overcharges resulting from the shipment.
Orders within Metropolitan Lima will be sent through a reliable courier service to guarantee delivery, while orders to other provinces will be managed by Olva Courier, a company responsible for ensuring security and meeting delivery deadlines.
You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details the next business day after placing your order. If you do not receive the email within this timeframe, please contact us at contact@qalataswim.com or WhatsApp at +51 956 389 393.

- Qalata Swim SAC will not be responsible for delays caused by the transportation service, nor for additional costs resulting from unforeseen events or errors in the information provided by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments are processed from our warehouses located in Lima, Peru, and Barcelona, Spain. Once the order has been confirmed, Qalata Swim SAC undertakes to process and dispatch it within a maximum period of five (5) business days. The estimated delivery time will depend on the destination location and the shipping company selected for the shipment. Although we strive to meet delivery times, these may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as high order volumes during special events, shipping service delays, or customs.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details within the next business day. If you do not receive confirmation within the aforementioned timeframe, please contact us via WhatsApp at +51 956 389 393 or contact@qalataswim.com.

- Qalata Swim SAC will not be responsible for delays caused by the transportation service or for additional costs resulting from unforeseen customs or local issues in the destination country.
- The customer will be responsible for complying with their country's customs regulations, as well as paying any taxes or duties applicable to the import of products.
CHANGES
We accept international exchanges. Here are some things you should keep in mind when requesting an exchange:
- You can make exchanges within the first twenty (20) calendar days after receiving the product. This means you'll have 20 days to contact us and request an exchange after receiving your item(s).
- To make an exchange, products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with the original tags and packaging, and the documents with which they were delivered. A photo of the product with multiple views must be sent in order to approve the exchange.
- Changes do not apply to products purchased on sale, on sale, or on clearance, unless there is a production defect.
- All exchanges are subject to availability. If we don't have the size or product you want in stock, you can opt for another product of equal, larger (the customer will be responsible for the difference), or lesser value (no refunds or credits will be issued).
- Qalata Swim SAC may reject the product exchange request if it detects noncompliance with the conditions described in this document.
- Shipping or pickup costs are the customer's responsibility, unless it is due to a production error. In this case, Qalata Swim SAC. is responsible for the cost. Once the product is received at our offices, we will process the new shipment.
- The exchange date will be coordinated with the customer in advance, only once. If no one is available to assist our courier on the agreed date, the exchange will be canceled. Third-party exchanges will not be accepted.
RETURNS
We accept returns internationally. Here are some things to keep in mind if you want to return a product:
- You can request a return within the first five (20) calendar days after receiving the product. This means you'll have 20 days to contact us and coordinate the return after receiving your item(s).
- To request a return, please contact us via email at contact@qalataswim.com or WhatsApp at +51 956 389 393. Please attach your purchase receipt, indicate the product(s) you wish to return, and specify the reason for the return.
- The cost of shipping or pickup will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a production defect attributable to Qalata Swim SAC, in which case the company will assume the cost. Once the product has been received at our offices and verified to meet the previously established conditions, the corresponding refund will be issued. The refund processing time will depend on the processing bank.
- To process a return, the garment(s) must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, with the original tags and packaging, and include the documentation with which they were delivered. If these requirements are not met, Qalata Swim SAC will cancel the return and return the garment(s) to the customer.
- Refunds do not apply to products purchased on sale, on sale, or on clearance, unless there is a production defect.
Refund:
- The refund amount will correspond to the value of the item(s) purchased. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used in the original purchase transaction, once the refund has been approved.
- In the case of a credit card chargeback, please note that the processing time will depend on the card-issuing bank. It generally takes between 30 and 90 business days.
- In the case of payment via transfer, the refund will be up to five (05) calendar days after the merchandise is received in the warehouse and the return is approved.
